About ARMS Conceal Carry

Our goal here at ARMS Conceal Carry is to provide top notch, quality CCW firearms training in a professional, safe and fun environment.

You will learn all the mandatory NYS laws and regulations to obtain your certificate for a NY Conceal Carry license and much more!

Michael Sclafani brings over 25 years' experience in the shooting community.

Mike's credentials include: active-duty Marine for 10 years, Marine Corps Marksmanship Instructor, NRA Certified Instructor, NROI Range Officer and USPSA Competitive Shooter.

Allison Sclafani is an attorney who has been practicing in NYS and in Federal Court, Eastern District for over 20 years.

Allison is also an NRA Certified Instructor, an NROI Range Officer and USPSA Competitive Shooter.

All of these skill sets are used to tailor a course geared toward effectively training you to obtain your certificate for a NY Conceal Carry license.

Let's face it. no one wants to sit in a class for 16 hours, especially if you are already a shooter.

Mike and Allison were amazing keeping it interesting and teaching new things throughout the class. accommodations were perfect. even included lunch and home made cookies. It is very evident that Mike is an experienced shooter and instructor.

Best instructors! Between both instructors backgrounds and the amount of experience each have was fantastic. Having a good size class with open discussions really made gun safety really important. Defiantly preferred!
